Superior Home Designs by Brian Cote

Brian J. Cote is co-founder and president of Superior Home Designs.  He started his current venture to get back to the small company, hands on approach of dealing directly with every client that comes in the door.  With 29 years of experience designing custom homes in North Florida, his knowledge, desire and talent will make a success out of any project.

Brian has 36 years of design experience. He began  his career in New England; designing factories, office buildings, and traditional/colonial homes. In 1984, Brian moved to Florida and was employed designing office buildings, apartment complexes and custom homes of diverse styles.  In 1987, Brian formed his first company focusing his residential expertise in the areas of custom homes and multi-family design.  In 1994, Brian attained his Architecture License in our nations capitol.

Brian served as co-founder and president of Cote Renard Architecture from 2008-2015.  He also served as founder and president of Cote & Associates and Cote Architectural Designs from 1987-2008. 

From 1980-1987, Brian worked for and learned from several talented Architects where he honed in talent for Custom Home Design.  Over his career, he has established himself as one of the most respected residential designers in the North Florida area.

Brian’s design style is versatile and his background and knowledge of the industry allow him to create any homeowners dream regardless of their architectural preference.  Because of this versatility, his designs have been built all over the world; from the Caribbean Islands to Poland, from Maine to California.  He has designed homes for many notable professional athletes and celebrities as well.

Brian has won numerous design awards for his creative approach to each unique design. And has had some of his renovation projects featured on HGTV’s  program, “Before and After”.
